Physical Requirements
This position requires pushing or pulling objects over 50 pounds, working at heights above 4 feet, and climbing ladders. A full range of physical motion is required.

Shift
Days; Monday-Friday, typically 7:30 am-3:00 pm (37.5 hours per week) may require some overtime.

Job Summary
The College of Agriculture Food and Environment seeks a Carpenter for the Research Farms division. The Research Farms provide a vast array of teaching, research and extension opportunities for the faculty, staff, and students at the college. The Carpenter position is a key member of the trades team, performing construction and maintenance carpentry work for the College of Agriculture Facilities. The Research Farm Division is responsible for engineering, construction, and maintenance of the College of Agriculture facility. This position is located off-campus at the scenic 1800-acre North Farm in north Lexington.
