Job Description
A family owned, growing Contractor is in need of an experienced carpenter. The rapid growth of our company has created the demand for someone who can step in immediately. Four (4) plus years of experience in residential Carpentry and new construction skills may qualify you for this position. Knowledge and experience with remodel are highly desired.Our dynamic company provides an exciting, fun, and fast paced environment to work in as well as highly competitive compensation. Our incentive programs, training and growth presents leadership opportunities This position reports directly to the Project Manager.Year- round work to keep you busy.ResponsibilitiesInterpret construction drawings and build structures to meet drawing specifications.Keep technical and industry knowledge up to date.Work with field supervisors to ensure that all material and equipment is available to complete scheduled work.Show a professional and respectful demeanor with clients, co-workers and subcontractors in actions, attitude, and language.Ensure that strict safety standards are always followed.Qualifications· Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in framing, concrete foundation systems, siding, and/or finish carpentry.High School diploma or GED equivalent.Hold a valid driver’s license with a driving record deemed insurable.Verifiable use of graphic instructions to include blueprints, schematic drawings, layouts, and other visual aids.Demonstrated ability to effectively lead both helpers and laborers.Maintain safe and clean jobsite in accordance with job site safety compliance regulations.Our company is an equal employment opportunity company with a drug free workplace.
